Mantrailing
Also known as people tracking, it is a form of training for dogs in which they learn to track a specific person using their olfactory abilities. Mantrailing dogs work to find a lost person by following their scent trail, even through obstacles and changes in direction. It is a useful skill used in search and rescue, and can help find missing people in emergency situations.
But we will use it as an activity that brings many benefits, among others. Here are some:

Mental Stimulation: Dogs were bred to work and hunt, and mantrailing gives them the opportunity to do just that. Retrieving objects, following scents, and solving problems are all forms of mental work that stimulate brain activity.

Physical exercise: Stretching, running, and jumping are all activities that trackers do during mantrailing, and this helps them maintain good physical health and avoid a sedentary lifestyle.

Improved owner-dog relationship: Mantrailing strengthens the bond between owner and dog. Dogs trust their owners to guide them to the scent, and owners learn to read the dog’s cues. This communication and cooperation between the two parties helps create stronger bonds.

Calming and Relaxation: Mantrailing can help anxious or hyperactive dogs relax and focus. These creative and stimulating activities keep them occupied for extended periods, helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
Increased confidence: Dogs who practice mantrailing gain more self-confidence. They put their natural skills into practice and experience a sense of satisfaction and pride when they can follow the scent to the end.

Increase in dopamine, the reward neurotransmitter.
